During the Corona pandemic Jordan applied a strict country wide three months lock down. Confined to the enclosure of one's house for extended periods of time, the day to day space of our homes seems increasingly stagnant while time slowly sneaks in. Out of the entire space of the house, the coffee table/couch was the space I was using most.
Our presence in space manifests through the traces we leave behind over time. Similar to the way archeologists learn about the way prior civilizations were like from the structures (spaces) they've left behind, I set out to observe my presence through the miniature spaces I'm leaving in miniature times.
This project is an observation of the interplay between time and space, and the way "I am" throughout.
